1 medium saucepan
1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup chunky style peanut butter 1/4 cup peanuts or mixed nuts, chopped 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 quart vanilla ice cream Hot Fudge Sauce 1/2 cup butter 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate 3 cups sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Blend the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, nuts, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor.
Scoop the ice cream into a ball and roll in the crumb mixture until well coated.
Place in the freezer for two hours.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add the sugar, salt, and milk.
Cook until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens.
Stir in the vanilla. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
To serve, place 2-3 ice cream balls in a small bowl (or martini glass!) and pour the hot fudge sauce over the top. Enjoy!
